I offer in-person sessions in the SouthPark area of Charlotte. I also offer virtual sessions for individuals and families in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Missouri.

I offer a free, 15 minute consultation (you can book a time here!) - please bring any questions you have and let’s see if we would be a good fit!

Collaboration an essential part of my practice - I prioritize frequent contact with all members of your care team (psychiatrist, dietitian, etc) as applicable.

I am in-network with Aetna and BCBS.

Self-pay rates:

Initial assessment: $190

Individual session: $170

Family session: $180
