I offer in-person sessions in the SouthPark area of Charlotte. I also virtual sessions for individuals/families in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Missouri.

I offer a free, 15 minute consultation prior to starting services to ensure my therapeutic fit will align with your goals and needs.

For individuals seeking treatment for disordered eating concerns, I prioritize frequent contact with referring providers and professionals on individual’s care team (dietitian, medical providers, etc).

Payment is due at time of session via debit, credit, or HSA card.

Initial assessment: $190 (60 minutes)

Individual session: $170 (53 minutes)

Family session: $180 (53 minutes)

I am in the process of paneling with BCBS and Aetna. You are responsible for contacting your insurance company to understand your benefits. If, for any reason, insurance rejects a claim, I will attempt to dispute the rejection; however, if insurance continues to deny claims, the client will be responsible for the cost. I am happy to provide superbills for individuals seeking to use out of network benefits.
