What working with
me is like:
My clients have described me as: validating, creative, warm, a hard-ass (but in a good way), and sometimes funny (when appropriate)
Living with anxiety or an eating disorder is challenging, exhausting, and is probably moving you away from the person you want to be and the life you want to live. We’ll creatively collaborate to identify what’s working and what’s not - and do the challenging work to find and implement more adaptive ways of coping with life’s challenges. I know how hard this work is and how meaningful it can be. Let’s move towards a more peaceful relationship with yourself.
